1. The altex.biz service and its administration are fully aware of the danger of laundering digital assets, and also due to the reluctance to be involved in any illegal activities, undermining their own reputation, they have introduced and use AML/KYC procedures in their work ( hereinafter referred to as the Policy for Preventing Illegal Activities by Users).

2. The purpose of these measures (Policy for the Prevention of Illegal Activities by Users) is to demonstrate the importance for us of conducting EXTREMELY honest financial transactions.

3. The altex.biz exchange service STRONGLY CAUTIONS Clients to refrain from attempting to use the capabilities and functionality of the Service for the purpose of committing fraud of any kind, legalizing monetary assets acquired illegally, purchasing prohibited goods and services, as well as providing financial support to prohibited organizations.

4. In order to combat illegal activities, the altex.biz Service and its administration have developed and established a certain set of requirements for exchanger clients.

The altex.biz exchanger, in the course of its work, reserves the right to:

Require from the Client documents confirming his identity and registration address. The data transmitted by the client must be current and completely reliable;

Require the Client to complete the verification procedure for personal documents;

Require the Client to provide additional information about the origin of his digital assets and evidence that his assets were not obtained illegally;

Store information about user identification and personal data. (Storage is carried out strictly in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the brabus.exchange Service);

Use and process any available legal information about clients, use information about the origin of the user’s digital assets for their own purposes, as well as use their own developments of a transaction analysis system, if there are precedents for attempting to use the platform for illegal purposes;

Prohibit the User from generating requests when using anonymous proxy servers, VPNs, browsers or any other methods of connecting to the Internet that prevent identification of the User’s location;

Block the account and all operations related to the client if illegal activity is confirmed;

Request from the User any additional information if he carries out suspicious transactions at the request of the regulator (the role of the regulator may be an exchange, government agency or other organization that has the appropriate legal basis);

Refuse the Client to withdraw funds to a third party account without giving reasons;

Hold (freeze) the client’s funds at the disposal of the exchanger until the incident is fully investigated;

Do not disclose information about the methods and results of the inspection;

Refuse the Client to provide the service if the Service finds that the User violates the requirements for clients.

5. The duration of AML verification ranges from 1 to 10 business days, however, depending on the complexity of the investigation of a particular case and the timing of the client’s provision of information and documents confirming the identity and origin of funds, it may last an unspecified amount of time. The client is notified of the completion and results of the investigation via a letter sent to the email address specified in the application.

It is important to emphasize that our exchange service does not accept high-risk cryptocurrencies. Regulatory risk indicators in operations should not exceed 69%, and very critical types of operations, such as Child Exploitation, Dark Market, Dark Service, Enforcement action, Fraudulent Exchange, Gambling, Illegal Service, Mixer, Ransom, Sanctions, Scam, Stolen Coins, Terrorism Financing should be 0%.

If you send us cryptocurrency with a risk level that exceeds the established norms, you will be required to go through a verification process and provide details of the transaction according to the terms of the exchange we use as a partner. Returns of high-risk cryptocurrency will be made exclusively to the wallet address from which the sending occurred. The refund amount will be reduced by the network commission. The terms, conditions of return and the final decision are made in accordance with the regulations of the relevant exchange on which high-risk transactions were carried out.

Documents for passing KYC verification:
To confirm the origin of funds, we will ask you to fully answer the following questions:

Through what platform did the funds reach you? Please provide screenshots of the withdrawal history of the sender's wallet/platform, as well as links to both transactions in the explorer;

What service did you receive funds for?

What was the amount of the transaction, as well as the date and time of its execution;

Which contact person did you use to communicate with the sender of the funds? Please provide screenshots of correspondence with the sender, where we can see confirmation of sending funds.

We will also ask you to provide the following materials:

Photo of one of the documents (passport, ID card or driver’s license).

Selfie with this document and a sheet of paper with today’s date and signature handwritten on it.

If necessary, the service has the right to additionally request any other documents not specified in this section.All submitted images (scans, photos, screenshots) must be in jpeg or png format.

When making a transfer using a bank card, you will need to undergo mandatory card verification established by our service. In the event that the data provided during verification does not match the information about the account from which the payment was made, we reserve the right to request additional documents to confirm identity (for example, a passport photo, a passport photo, an image of the registration page , a selfie with a passport or a video selfie saying a certain phrase). After successful completion of this procedure, the funds will be returned to the account from which the original transfer was made.

In the event that the customer does not provide the required information and does not respond to requests from our support team within a month, the withheld funds will not be refundable.

6. Sanctions

The altex.biz exchange service does not work with sanctions platforms. If the AML department detects the receipt of deposits from sanctioned platforms, the funds are blocked until the client passes AML verification. Exchanges or refunds are not possible until the investigation into the origin of the funds is completed.
